 Step-by-Step Dubai Visa Stamping Procedure:

Step 1: Receiving Your Entry Permit/e-Visa

Before anything else, you'll need a valid UAE entry permit or e-visa issued by the UAE immigration authorities. This is typically arranged by your employer or sponsor in the UAE. Ensure all details on this document are accurate and match your passport.

Step 2: Undergoing the Medical Fitness Test (GAMCA)

For most work and residence visas, a medical fitness test is mandatory. In India, this is facilitated through GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Association) accredited centers.

• Book an Appointment: You'll need to register online with GAMCA and book an appointment at an authorized medical center in your nearest major city.

Step 3: Medical Certificate Attestation

Your Medical Certificate will be attested by the UAE Consulate + UAE Mofa before the Visa Stamping Process.

Step 4: Visa Stamping Application Submission & Biometrics

Once you receive the Entry Permit (E-Visa) and attested Medical Fitness Certificate, the application proceeds to the visa stamping stage.
Biometrics submission and visa processing will be completed at the UAE Consulate – Trivandrum or Hyderabad, as applicable.

Step 5: Final Process

The estimated processing time is 3 to 5 working days.
After successful completion, the UAE Consulate will issue the E-Visa and send it to the sponsor via email.
